At Love From Mema, every piece is made with care and attention to detail. We want you to love your order and take great care when making and preparing each piece.
Change of Mind
Love From Mema does not accept general change-of-mind returns or refunds.
However, we do accept returns where an item does not fit and you require a different size, subject to the conditions below.
Sizing Returns
If your item does not fit, you may request a return for a different size within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a sizing return:
- The item must be unworn and unused.
- The item must not have been washed, altered or damaged.
- The item must be returned in its original condition and with original tags and packaging, where applicable.
- The requested replacement size must be available.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original item. Love From Mema will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.
If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer an alternative size, store credit or another suitable option.
Please contact us at lovefrommema@gmail.com before returning an item so we can assist you with the return process.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at lovefrommema@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and the fault, where applicable
We will assess the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement or refund.
You will not be responsible for reasonable return postage costs where the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.
Incorrect Item
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will arrange a replacement or appropriate refund and cover reasonable return postage costs.
Sale Items
Sale items are not eligible for general change-of-mind returns.
Sizing returns may still be accepted for sale items, subject to the conditions outlined above.
Sale items are also covered by Australian Consumer Law. If a sale item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not meet the required consumer guarantees, please contact us so we can provide an appropriate remedy.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Because some Love From Mema pieces may be handmade, custom or made specifically for you, custom or personalised items may not be eligible for sizing returns.
Please contact us before purchasing a custom or personalised piece if you are unsure about sizing.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply if a custom or made-to-order item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Exchanges
Sizing exchanges are subject to availability.
If your requested size is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss the available options.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Love From Mema will always honour your rights as a consumer where a product does not meet the guarantees required by Australian Consumer Law.
