Love From Mema is an Australian fashion brand creating handmade and thoughtfully designed clothing and other fashion pieces.

Love From Mema operates as a sole trader business under the registered business name Charlotte Burke, trading as Love From Mema.

Products

Because many Love From Mema pieces are handmade, there may be small variations between individual garments. These variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and do not necessarily indicate a fault.

Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings and lighting.

We reserve the right to make minor changes to products where necessary, provided those changes do not materially affect the product purchased.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed and paid for.

We aim to ensure that all prices and product information on our website are accurate. If an obvious pricing or product information error occurs, we may contact you before processing the order.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order confirmation email will be sent after your order has been received. Your order is not considered accepted until Love From Mema confirms the order and payment has been successfully processed.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where there is a genuine reason, such as an item being unavailable or a significant website or pricing error. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Payments

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase unless another payment arrangement has been agreed to in writing.

We use third-party payment providers to securely process payments. Love From Mema does not directly store your complete payment card details.

Handmade Products

Many Love From Mema products are handmade. This means production times may vary depending on the product, order volume, fabric availability and other circumstances.

Where an estimated production or dispatch time is provided, it is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Love From Mema website, including photographs, logos, branding, graphics, product designs, written content and original artwork, belongs to Love From Mema or is used with permission.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or commercially use Love From Mema's content without written permission.
