Every Love From Mema order is packed with care before making its way to you.

Processing & Dispatch Times

Orders for ready-to-ship items are generally dispatched within [2–5 business days].

For handmade or made-to-order pieces, production may take longer. The estimated production time will be provided on the product page or at the time of purchase.

During busy periods, launches, sales or holiday periods, processing times may be longer than usual.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where tracking is available.

Australian Shipping

Love From Mema currently ships within Australia only.

Standard shipping: $10

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping provider. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Rural and remote areas may require additional delivery time.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available.

We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, your tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Love From Mema is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delayed or Lost Parcels

Once an order has been handed to the shipping provider, delivery is subject to the shipping provider's network and circumstances.

If your parcel appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us at lovefrommema@gmail.com with your order number and tracking information. We will assist you in contacting the relevant shipping provider where appropriate.

Incorrect Address

Please check your delivery details carefully before placing your order.

If you realise that you have entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible at lovefrommema@gmail.com

If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the address.

If the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address and additional postage may be required.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the packaging and the item so that we can assess the situation and assist you.
